    Amazon’s new 4K Fire TV dongle hasn’t seen many discounts since being introduced in September, so take advantage of today’s deal. And that deal is a $20 price drop from its usual $69.99 price. for $50, you could get not only 4K Fire TV action, but control through an Alexa Voice Remote too.

    For those not familiar, the 4K Fire TV is very much like Google’s Chromecast Ultra. It’s a dongle that simply attaches to an HDMI port in your TV and is capable of showing 4K (up to 60fps) and HDR content, as well as Dolby Atmos sound. With the included remote, you can voice search for content or control it all, but because it has Alexa onboard, that means you also get access to smart home controls and the rest of Alexa’s powers.

    Again, this 4K Fire TV hasn’t been discounted, so get after it.

    Friday is here and so is the first good deal of the day. Amazon has dropped the price of the Essential Phone from $499.99 to $449.99. That may not be the biggest price cut in history, but you have to remember that the phone is already heavily discounted to $500.

    Amazon has both the black and white versions in stock, with Prime shipping.

    In addition to the Essential Phone being discounted, the Essential 360 Degree Camera is super cheap at the moment. Normally $199, you can pick-up the Essential Phone’s first major accessory for just $50. $50!

    You can combine the two as well in a bundle that costs $499.99.

    Google Express is currently running a deal that will take up to $20 off an order placed through its Android or iOS apps. It’s actually a 20% off promo, but it maxes out at $20. To get the 20% discount, use coupon code “APP20OFF” at checkout.

    From what I can tell, it works on anything you order as long as you order from within the Google Express app. Whether you need groceries or a new tech gadget, you should be able to get up to $20 off your order.

    A couple of particularly good deals happen to involve the Google Home and Google Home Mini, which are already discounted at various retailers.  If you should buy a Google Home through Google Express and choose Walmart as the retailer, you could land one for as low as $79.20, since the device is already discounted to $99. Want Google Home Mini? It’s currently discounted to $39, but this 20% off discount drops it to $31.20. These are Black Friday prices!

    For a limited time, anyone looking to score a deal on a Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL should head over to Best Buy’s website.

    Currently, whenever you purchase a Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL through Verizon on a monthly installment plan, you’ll save $100 on the price of a Pixel 2 and $200 on a Pixel 2 XL. With those savings, that brings the monthly price of a Pixel 2 64GB to $22.91/month, while the Pixel 2 XL 64GB goes down to $27.07/month. For 128GB models, add about $4/month to the price.

    On top of this, be aware that Verizon’s BOGO deal is still taking place, which would net you a free Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL device on top of your new phone purchase, so long as you have a trade-in device.

    Eufy, the Anker sub-brand that has a focus in the smart home arena, dropped prices on its three of its best products today at Amazon. Right now, you can get the Eufy Genie (an Amazon Alexa speaker), Eufy Smart Plug, or the Eufy Lumos Smart Bulb for at least $9 off. And remember, these products are already priced well, so now we’re talking impulse-buy-price territory.

    The Eufy Genie is now just $24.99 (normally $34.99). It’s a hands-free smart speaker with Amazon’s Alexa built-in. So you can control your smart home, play music, ask Alexa questions, etc. It compares to the Echo Dot, which costs $40.

    The other two products would work well with a Genie (or Echo or Google Home and Assistant). The Eufy Smart Plug is now just $13.99 (normally $22.99), connects over WiFi in your home, is setup using the EufyHome app, and can be controlled by voice using your favorite assistant. Same goes for the Eufy Lumos Smart Bulb, which is now just $17.99 (normally $26.99). This is the “tunable” model that can has ambiance adjustment and also works within the EufyHome app or your favorite assistant.

    Crazy good prices on all of these right now. Time to get that smart home going.

    Now might be the best time to think about getting into a Google Home, Home Mini, or Home Max. At this time, there are solid discounts on all of Google’s Home products, particularly if you bundle them together. Even you don’t need multiple, Home and Mini are discounted individually too.

    The deals are as follows. Google Home Mini is $10 off everywhere, dropping its price to $39. If you buy two, though, you’ll save $30 and pay just $68. If you want a regular Google Home, you’ve got a $30 discount everywhere, dropping its price to $99. If you want a regular Home and a Mini, you’ll save $60 for a grand total of $118 (that’s a hell of a deal). And finally, if you go with a Google Home Max and Mini bundle, you’ll save $40, for a total of $408.

    Best Buy, Walmart, and the Google Store all have the deals. Best Buy and Walmart have special bundle pages, while Google just asks you to add the combo of devices to cart in order to get the discount.

    The Home Mini bundle deal lasts until February 17. We aren’t sure on the others.
